Founded in 2004, AIM is a rollup of 100+ acquired firms with 3.5K team members.As CIO I oversaw all technology functions for North America, the Caribbean and LATAM with a team of 30 FTEs and outsourced teams on ~$6.5M OpEx /~$5M CapEx budgets. Project highlights:- Led systems integration of 75 acquisitions ranging from small operations to firms with $40M annual revenue. - Developed repeatable systems integration processes for MDM, CRM, BPM, infrastructure, and information security that enabled consistent 90 day integrations for new acquisitions. -Spearheaded technology modernization projects and systems implementations that included Microsoft Power BI for data analysis, Android-based mobile workforce tools, and AWS cloud.

In my role as COO I championed AIM’s expansion into a high growth LATAM market with a focus on M&A, responsible for oversight of due diligence and integration of 10 regional acquisitions.

Retrievex was a private equity sponsored business services firm providing paper and digital document management services in the eastern US and Costa Rica. The company merged with Access Information Management (see above) in 2012. At Retrievex I led due diligence and post-acquisition integration for 15 acquisitions in the US and Costa Rica that grew annual revenues from $13M to $41M over four years, with overall revenue growth of 28% and operating EBITDA growth of 48% during my tenure. My work included establishing the technology strategy and implementing scalable platforms to support the firm’s rapid growth.

DRPA is a regional transportation and economic development agency with $400M in annual revenue serving Southeastern PA and Southern NJ. As Director I initially focused on leading technology and security enhancements in collaboration with DHS in the post 9/11 threat environment. I also drove multiple modernization projects to meet increased security standards, implementing traffic management solutions, video over IP image recognition, smart card fare collection, and data security systems.During this time DRPA achieved PCI DSS security standards certification.

Telespectrum is a private equity sponsored B2B provider of inbound and outbound teleservices. I was recruited to this role by a past mentor at Iron Mountain and given responsibility to integrate 12 acquisitions. I also established and implemented the corporate strategy to rationalize and consolidate to a single suite of preferred platforms.

During my 12 years with Iron Mountain/Pierce Leahy/Pierce Business Archives, I served in multiple roles that included GM, Director of Consulting, Regional VP, and CIO.
