- Lead distributed and high-performing AI and Search engineering teams, including research engineers, BE / FE SWEs, QA engineerings and Technical PMs, to build the best AI-powered search platform for market intelligence, owning the end-to-end research and software development cycles. - Bring AI, GenAI and LLMs to revolutionize how knowledge workers consume text information, and released products such as LLM based document summarization and chatbot, image search, search relevance ranking and recommendations. - Develop AI algorithms such as Sentiment Analysis, Company Tagging, KPI and Topic Extraction from financial documents, and build GenAI tech stack such as RAG, LLM fine-tuning, and GenAI Agent.

Build, grow and lead the AI research team in AlphaSense. The team develops advanced AI / ML / NLP algorithms to extract structured and semantic information from documents, summarize them into insights, and surface the extracted information and insights to knowledge workers, to help their daily work. The team is also responsible for the full lifecycle of AI features in production.The team works on a wide range of directions, including: search relevance ranking, document / company level topic extraction, quantitative information extraction, entity recognition, professionalization and recommendation, and fundamental NLP algorithms such as languague modeling, boilerplate detection. The team builds and manages ML infrastructure to support the ML models in production.
