SugarCRM Acquired Corvana, which became Sugar Discover, an analytics platform focused on SugarCRM product lines. As a Senior Director at Sugar my role evolved into being responsible for the kubernetes cloud platform. I managed five engineering programs including Discover, CXP, Identity, Hint and Predict. With CXP, we introduced Debezium and Kafka to Sugar, with the goal of capturing all historical data as well as bringing all product data together. Automated Analytics and Smart Data DiscoveryWe've built an easy to use SaaS Analytics experience for Marketing and Sales Ops.As Chief Technology Officer, my focus is around building and operating our SaaS product offerings. Our engineering team has built a micro-services based analytic platform that runs in Kubernetes, providing a rich desktop and mobile experience based on React and D3.

As the technical advisor to SightPlan, I worked with the senior leadership team in evaluating the architecture and technical direction of the company. I also assisted in interviewing key technical roles.

Pentaho Labs is the innovation center within Pentaho, we focus on exploring new technologies and use cases related to Big Data Integration and Embedded Analytics.

As Chief Architect at Pentaho, I define the architectural direction of Pentaho's platform, leading the great team of Pentaho Architects who have created and continue to architect the pillars and applications that make up the Pentaho Suite of Business Analytics tools. I work closely with strategic partners on defining how Pentaho's technology integrates with their software and services, and work with our Engineering and Product Management teams to define the long term software roadmap.

As Vice President of Engineering at Pentaho, I lead the Development, Quality, and Documentation teams to deliver The Pentaho Suite of tools.

Pentaho is a leading open source business intelligence company. I'm working as a software developer on Pentaho's core products. My focus is on web and user interface design.

At Boost Realty Services we provided easy to use technology solutions for real estate agents and their brokerages.

At LTC, we develop custom software solutions for a variety of platforms. I'm working on numerous projects, including development of a Java based network audio player, the development of an advanced audio archiving system in C and Java, along with various tools and libraries for other projects. In addition to my software development activities, I'm also leading the investigation of commercializing one of our custom software applications focused on online documentation and training.

At GE Research, I was involved in various projects relating to many of the GE businesses. While at GE I was a co-inventor on filed patents, co-author on papers and posters, and lead research teams focused on medical informatics.

Served as a Specialist in the State Headquarters Unit of the NY Army National Guard, implemented and maintained a variety of computer systems. This was a part time position where I served 2 days per month and 2 weeks in the summer. In 2001 I served as a member of the New York Army National Guard Emergency Operations Center during the aftermath of 9/11.

I was a member of the 216th Engineering Battalion (Heavy) unit in Hamilton Ohio, where I worked in supply and was responsible for the inventory and maintenance of weapons.
