At Mac Lean - Fogg we manufacture nuts and other fasteners for the truck and auto industry. My role is to receive into stock the tooling, handle the paperwork involved, order the forming tooling that goesinto the Nedschroef and Jern Yao cold forming machines. In addition I do whatever else my boss asks me to do. There is always something to do at this job and I love it.

Oversee the coordination of the molding plant and distribution center. Create hot list for molding manager and distribution center manager. Run MRP using INMASS software. Manage work orders to produce product through the plant and by way of home assembly network. Call on vendors to coordinate production schedules based on purchase orders placed. Monitor stock levels on long lead time parts. Serve as a point of contact with sales to ensure timely delivery of finished goods.

I'm the utility player here. Coming off the bench to pitch in where ever they need me. I have experience in all facets of warehouse operations. Inventory control specialist, Returned Goods Authorization, Special order receiving, Customer Service, Sales Support, Office Administration, Special assistant to the warehouse manager. Packing, Picking orders, Did I forget anything ? Oh yeah, I even put out the trash on occasion. Expert knowledge of RF gun (radio frequency) software and procedures. Mastered the skills of navigating 3 custom made software programs. Follow all procedures as outlined to comply with management wishes and make our operation more efficient. Certified to operate EZ Go carts, Cherry pickers and forklifts. Not afraid of heights. I love working here. There is always something to do. My co-workers are a pleasure to work with. Currently pursuing Supply Chain Management Certification.
