I am a professional with extensive experience in the public and private sector as facilitator of participatory processes, training specialist and project coordinator.Within the social domain, my main fields of interest and experience are citizen participation, social work, community work, and community development. Within these areas I am focused on the situation of socially and economically disadvantaged groups.I have successfully coordinated projects and assignments in training and local development, community building and training. I also have extensive experience in facilitating community meetings as well as participatory processes in organisations on topics as participatory strategic planning, stakeholder analysis and project planning.Also in my private life I like being involved in what’s happening in my neigbourhood – “Laakkwartier” – which is part of a district in development.
