• Formed a 6-person team of data analysts to standardize Supply and Demand reporting across the broader Supply Chain, centralize business intelligence across multiple supply chain organizations, and achieve a broad efficiency value through the elimination of redundancy.• Conceived a low-fidelity Excel-based solution which directly connected Finance, Planning, and Manufacturing where assumptions previously existed within the data, resulting in improved data quality, the elimination of redundant supply and demand reports, and an overall efficiency improvement for planning. • Led the process and tool reengineering of a broken system during the automotive chip shortage in 2021 resulting in a robust Excel-based interim solution which enabled enterprise planning to achieve a 4-week response process where prior, severe variability existed in business process.

• Conceived and drove the adoption of Agile and Scrum across the 21-person team being managed and the larger 100+ person organization where no model or standard business process existed resulting in 90%+ project timeline commitment accuracy.• Drove a required culture shift from waterfall project management to Agile Product Ownership which enabled a headcount reduction in the existing Project Management Office.• Contributed from the data perspective, through data modeling techniques and strong transact SQL development, to establish a standard Master Production Scheduling solution having a world-class optimization model enabling planning strategies of Intel’s $50B factory network.• Reengineered a failing database that had exhausted the resources available on the hardware architecture through deep analysis of Microsoft SQL data fragmentation data and planning a taskforce to take surgical action to reenable the database transactions while enabling critical path planning processes.• Over the decade, played a key systems-focused role to the 50% reduction in Intel’s order response lead time.

• Modeled and developed the database enabling the first optimization model-based supply chain solution focused on the procurement of the most expensive materials realizing a $1B+ annual savings.• Confronted the overuse of Excel by constructing database solutions supporting supply chain business processes increasing efficiency as manufacturing process complexity increased.• Architected, developed, and deployed a system to track and report on aged material not able to be used for manufacturing enabling insight into customer impacts.
