I was responsible for all operations, personnel, and maintenance for a start-up, publicly traded company. My primary responsibilities included project planning, construction management, salvage management, quality and technology integration across 4 regions. In addition, I integrated and managed 6 direct reports and 35 employees in an effort to establish and grow the company in a new industry.
