I'm accountable for PN's strategy, M&A, market intelligence and product functions. I'm hands-on with our exec and senior leadership teams year-round and facilitate the Board's strategy and budgeting process. I also support the most critical and complex change programs in the business with our commercial, operations, and technology teams.Succeeding in my role requires an in-depth understanding of our customers and our business- operationally, financially, behaviourally, and in terms of data flows.
