Projects included: * ASAP – a comprehensive cross-platform informatics system that integrates chemical and biological data with a wide array of analysis tools. ASAP is the primary interface to project data for scientists at the four Vertex research sites. * A variety of desktop molecular design tools for use by medicinal chemists. Projects have ranged from the generation of ADME models to interactive 3D display of protein-ligand complexes * Molecular modeling tools including; software for estimating ligand binding affinity, molecular similarity analysis, combinatorial library design, conformational search, protein ligand docking, and de novo drug design Led a number of efforts involving data analysis and data mining to support a wide array of drug discovery and development projectsUtilized a wide variety of in-house and commercial software to assist multi-disciplinary teams in the identification and optimization of drug candidates
