CurrentResponsible for the management of 27 properties totaling approximately 2000+ units in New Jersey & New York. Complete annual performance reviews. Stabilized portfolio – increased physical and economic occupancy while maintaining a low delinquency. Complete pricing review bi-monthly and adjusted rents and concessions accordingly. Review and present monthly and quarterly reports due to owners & lenders including but not limited to monthly summaries and quarterly marketing analysis. Ensure that all contracted work is inspected and monitored before, during and after completion of work. Maintain up to date knowledge of competitive apartment communities in the area to develop and implement marketing strategies with Community Managers.
