The Jones Family of Companies is a multi-generational family-owned manufacturing company founded in 1936. As the keeper of our organizational culture, I manage communications between all shareholders and trustees, on behalf of the family, maintain organization and effectiveness of the Board relative to organization accountability, recruit and recommend both family and non-family board members to the family, conduct annual family business meetings and provide quarterly financial reports and communications. Oversee our CEO and collaborate in strategy development and financial accountability.
