While with Synthes, my responsibilities included the marketing and sales of the entire Synthes Trauma product line of over 100 products to orthopedic surgeons in the Mid Mississippi Territory (Jackson-Vicksburg-Brookhaven). Not only was I involved in sales of trauma products, I was trained in the study of osteosysnthesis.Specific daily responsibilities included consulting with surgeon partners, assistanced with preoperative planning and intra-operative implant decisions, inventory management at both local office and area hospitals. I also included a weekly customer call cycle as well as presented product and procedure related in-services to area hospital personnel.

Responsibities at Genzyme included promoting and marketing Renagel and Hectoral to Nephrologists and Dialysis units throughout most of Mississippi. Duties included frequent PowerPoint in-service presentations to not only physicians, but also directors and area managers of dialysis units. Renagel and Hectoral tablets are prescription driven sales while Hectoral IV, is a ontractual, direct sale.

As a pharmaceutical sales representative, my responsibilities included managing a physician base of more than 150 physicians with strong relationships in Neurology, Pain Management Clinics, Family Practice, OBG-YN, Internal Medicine, and Rheumatology.Elion Representative (Aug 2005 – Dec 2006) – Responsible for promoting and marketing Boniva, Wellbutrin Xl and Advair in the Jackson Mississippi South territory.Cerenex Representative (March 2001 – July 2005) - Responsible for promoting and marketing Imitrex, Wellbutrin XL, Valtrex and Amerge in the Jackson Mississippi South territory.
