I am a driven and enthusiastic team leader for the teams Application Support, ICT Servicedesk and Authorization Management. The teams are currently 14 FTE and growing. The impact of application support services for business critical applications is significant. The Application Support team supports applications critical to the core processes of Triodos. ICT Servicedesk has been developed to a true single point of contact for providing excellent ICT services support to the business and local supports. The Authorization Team is responsible for centrally managing all authorizations within Triodos in order to be in control and compliant with all regulations. All the teams are part of the Infra Operations department.My tasks are: - Lead the team of Application Support Engineers, ICT Servicedesk and Authorization Team- Further develop and implement the Application Support Services, ICT Servicedesk and Autorization Management- Have oversight of all application support activities of the teams and create agreements of service delivery with the business.- Maintaining relationships with suppliers- HR responsibilities- Budgetting

In short terms the department business information management is responsible for operation excellence of it's business applications.Primarily as a team coordinator I am responsible for setting up meetings to discuss issues and keeping up communications within the FB-team including my participation in the ICT change advisory board. Maintaining a close working relationship between all members is an important part of this role. The FB- team counts 6 people at the moment. Besides Team coordinatorship and Information Management I am also responsible as a Technical Projectmanager for the realization of infrastructural projects. An example is the organization wide implementation of a digital archiving system within Noorderpoort. Setting up a Project Start Architecture, the further roll-out of the digital archiving system and shaping the preconditions to maintain the application are my responsibility. Because of my IPMA-D/Prince 2 background I also deliver a contribution to the professionalization of (ICT) Project Management within the Noorderpoort organization.

SWIFT is the Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication, Swift is for Friesland Bank crucial for its payments operations. Due to the integration of Friesland Bank into Rabobank I must face the organizational challenge to keep the Swift platform up-and-running. Therefore I will setup a cost efficient collaboration between Friesland Bank ICT and Rabobank Group ICT. Next to keeping the Swift platform up-and-running, I have to apply lifecycle management to make sure that the platform is reliable and compliant until the end. Therefore serveral release have to be planned up until 2014.As an project Manager I am responsible for coordinating (multidisciplinary) projects, in accordance with the agreed project plan. I work in a multidisciplinary team of ICT specialists and representatives from the business side.
