Disaster Response / Recovery Coordinator
Current- Develop a disaster response and recovery plan, assemble the proper personnel, create a project timeline, identify required resources, and execute the plan to completion.- Provides executive-level advisory services to Emergency Management Staff, federal, state, and local municipalities across Guadalupe County, ensuring all federal and state financial management and documentation requirements are met.- Provides guidance and expertise on Federal regulations and translates them into the implementation of projects within Guadalupe County.- Develop written products and tools for presentations, policies, procedures, project implementation, and design of Disaster Response & Recovery programs- Team player with the demonstrated ability to build the organizational capability, motivate teaming partners/staff to ensure high levels of engagement, and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.- Collaborate with emergency management staff, partners, and stakeholders to provide efficient response and recovery to the community during times of need.
