CurrentFD1 Underbody Design at Honda R & D OhioFront grille design including Acura MDX grille, Honda Passport grille, and Honda Pilot grille.Acura RDX luxury crossover SUV full model change. Completed mass production parts maturation including front bumper fascia, skid, lower grille, fog light mesh with air curtain, and exterior chrome trim.•Achieved development milestone on 2016 Acura "supercar" NSX: Designer of rear fascia, fog light mesh, center mesh, side and center bumper spacers, aero diffuser, diffuser fins, heat baffle, bumper beam absorber, hood vent garnish, integrated license base markets, exhaust finsher bracket.•Honda Crosstour front fascia, skid garnish, headlamp and fog light garnish.•Responsible for CAD data creation of the 2014MY Acura TL rear bumper. Increased quality and facilitated manufacturing with knowledge of plastic injection-molding design requirements—i.e. draft with regard to core / cavity, lifters, parting line, die lock, thin steel condition, sink marks, etc.•Worked in a fast-paced environment while creating fully parametric CAD models in CATIA V5. Demonstrated design ingenuity via intelligent feature history to allow for quick-change implementation and reduced turnaround time.•Designed underbody sheet metal structure and reinforcement members based on simulation results to comply with vehicle crash requirements.
