I manage lead generation, cold outreach, pipeline build, and target research for Medicare solution sales. I research and advise leadership on which markets to focus on, building state by state engagement strategies, and supporting the sales team with data, reporting, and workflow tools to maximize pipeline value.

As a senior analyst on the Market Development team, I helped to identify potential partners and build relationships across the country. I maintain Evolent's prospect database, and our list of target accounts. I prepare prospect research in advance of sales calls, create and maintain workflow tools to coordinate sales activities, and manage reporting on lead generation activities for the team.

I work to provide value-based care solutions for hospitals, health systems and physicians to help them achieve clinical and financial rewards for more effectively managing patient populations.I help provider networks to build new clinically integrated networks, and develop their strategy for population health and value-based care. I worked to asses the feasibility of a new healthcare company looking to change the way in which care is provided in a full risk environment. Primary tasks included research, networking, and the creation of a formal vision and business plan for the proposed company.

I completed my MHA degree at UIC, where in addition to coursework I have participated in student government (The Association of Future Healthcare Administrators). I was also a member of the Case Competition team at UAB's Heathcare Administration Case Competition Team.As part of my coursework, I completed a consulting project in services planning for Sinai Health as part of a team of my classmates. We analyzed the sleep medicine program, and made recommendations to grow the program based on an extensive internal and external assessment, staff interviews, and financial analysis.

As an Intern at Mercy I assisted the director of Transitional care, managed the bundled payment program, and completed projects related to quality, patient flow, and population health initiatives. I completed my graduate capstone in patient flow improvement. Using Lean methodologies I brought together multidisciplinary teams to map current processes, identify barriers to smooth patient flow, and recommend innovative ways to overcome these challenges, as well as reduce process variability and increase operational efficiency. The goal of the project was to reduce boarding in the ED of admitted patients, and minimize discharge delays at the end of an inpatient stay.I was also involved in cost saving and operational efficiency initiatives through Trinity Health's Transforming Operations initiative, as a member of the Perioperative Services, Physician Network Organization, and Human Resources teams.

As an intern at Journey Mental Health Center, I attended several governance committees, including the policy review and development, safety, and ethics committees. I also worked to update the electronic health record, adding patients to the system and helping to schedule appointments. I also wrote the center's social media policy, and assisted with meeting CARF accreditation requirements.
