Following graduation from the College of William & Mary’s Graduate School of Business with a Master of Business Administration (MBA), I joined the New York office of Towers Perrin as an executive compensation consultant. I matriculated into a nationally known expert on executive compensation and human capital matters before developing and launching a cutting edge business model focusing on leadership success, HR transformation, and organizational effectiveness. I have been successful as a senior executive compensation consultant for the leading professional services firms and as a corporate HR leader for two S&P 500 companies. My experience as a buyer and seller of HR consulting services helped me identify the need for a true "gig economy" (faster, better, cheaper, independent, and innovative) client-advisor relationship. My business model was built upon and embodies these guiding principles. My value proposition is simple - recommend, deliver or coordinate "best fit" solutions, utilizing my 25 years of experience as an innovative HR problem solver and or my network of handpicked strategic partners. I am not beholden to any particular firm, service, or solution. I provide an independent and objective perspective based on a long list of successful client engagements and enhanced awareness of emerging trends, technology, and solutions that are reshaping and disrupting the marketplace for HR services.I am an active contributor to the HR and leadership communities. I have supported the Rocky Mountain and Dallas-Ft. Worth Chapters of the National Association of Corporate Directors, serving as a panelist and program contributor. I have served as a contributing author and as a featured speaker/presenter at numerous trade and industry associations, including the Institute for Mergers, Acquisitions & Alliances (imaa-institute.org).
