My new responsibilities include:- Leading the Financial portion of Azalea Hospital Implementations from kick-off to Go-Live to transition to our Support team.- I manage a variety of projects from Kick-off to Client Support.- I train fellow team members at Azalea as well as offering mentoring to newer members of the team. - Develops, schedules, and conducts implementation and training meetings, both onsite with a client and remotely- Conducts workflow analysis meetings across all departments (clinical & financial) at hospitals- Maintains a great relationship with assigned clients- Maintains complete documentation related to all EHR implementation activities- Assists the implementation team with developing training materials- Maintains clear, concise documentation of problems or issues to reduce repeat events- Customizes implementation items, training and/or programs based on individual client needs- Assists in the implementation process of system upgrades and updates training curricula- Demonstrates flexibility with an ever-changing environment that requires meeting the demands of physicians, practice administrators, and other executives- I continue to challenge myself in this role and I actively pursue continued education in my field and industry.
