With over 20 years of experience in the biotechnology industry, I am a passionate and driven sales leader who strives to deliver innovative solutions for academic and clinical research. I have a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Colorado State University, and a post-doctoral fellowship in Pathology from Yale University, where I gained a deep understanding of the molecular mechanisms of disease. I currently lead a team of field and inside sales professionals at Bio-Techne, a global leader in providing life science tools and reagents. I am committed to building long-lasting relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders, and to supporting the company's mission of empowering scientific discovery and advancing human health.In my current role, I am responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction in the Western Academic and Latin American markets. I leverage my strong leadership and communication skills to effectively identify customer needs, present value propositions, and negotiate contracts. I also coach and mentor my team members to foster a collaborative and supportive culture. I have consistently achieved or exceeded sales quotas, and received multiple Sales Master awards from Thermo Fisher Scientific, my previous employer. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies, and to explore new opportunities and challenges in the biotechnology field.
