Responsible for development and implementation of human resources and organization strategies and plans to help drive the successful execution of Company’s Corporate organizations human resources strategies. Provides leadership to the direct reports and other leaders at all levels for a variety of Corporate functional heads on all human resource and organization opportunities. Responsible for driving key HR initiatives in areas like talent acquisition, performance management, change management, compensation planning, rewards & recognition, organizational effectiveness and employee communication.

1. As a central point of HR contact person, to work with HQ HR COE teams for Perfect Picture’s platform and all studios. To develop, implement and execute HR policies, guidelines and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.2. Build and manage a strong candidate database through job portals, social media, external agencies and networking. Manage strategic account relationships with site business leadership, ensuring alignment between the business objectives and talent acquisition strategies. Design and/or manage the implementation of talent identification strategies while ensuring alignment with company objectives.3. Develop and implement Training Plan/ Training Needs Analysis to identify and address employees’ skills gaps.4. Involve in Manpower planning and forecasting with the team in headquarter, and oversee and manage the bi-annual performance appraisal system. Support in salary reviews and compensation bench-marking exercises.5. Maintain, review, update and improve HR polices, guidelines and procedures when necessary to increase efficiency and consistency. Keeping abreast of Government policies, subsidies and initiatives. 6. Provide assistance and advice on HR-related matters as and when needed. Conduct employee communication activities within region to deliver new HR policies & practices; solve employee relation issues and facilitate HR legal cases.7. Proactively track relevant HR-related trends, updates and make recommendations to Project Management accordingly if necessary. Such as, Employee recognition programs, Employee Referral Program, HR re-organization program etc.)
