Phase II Performing Arts Organization, Incorporated was created on January 1, 2008 on the campus of Coastal Carolina University. Phase II became incorporated and 501c3 tax exempt on June 20, 2013.Mission: To create a pipeline that nurtures / cultivates the academic, vocal, dance and theatre abilities of young individuals from low to middle class, first generation students. Vision: To become the region’s premier center for cultivating unconventional leaders, performers, and change agents.As Founder / Chief Executive Officer:* Created the Mission, and Vision statement. * Coordinate both chapters of the collegiate branch of the organization.* Coordinate, plan and organize the annual Phase II Performing Arts Workshop* Completed and filed the Articles of Incorporation, By laws, and completing the 501c3 Tax Exemption application* Organize and strategize all fundraising efforts * Building relationships and partnerships with surrounding community businesses and corporations.* Grantwriting and securing finances for the future after school program (2014)

Provided comprehensive secretarial and clerical support to the Vice President and Assistant Vice President of Academic Affairs. Assisted students in all avenues of academic affairs issues ranging from grade appeals to schedule changes. Assisted full time and adjunct faculty instructors in receiving ordered text books, and scheduling student advising. Key Contributions:• Instituted a revamped book inventory system. It helped to better distribute instructor’s classroom textbooks and track the releasing of the instructors copy.• Aided in the restructuring of the Academic Affairs department by assisting both the Vice President and the Assistant Vice President

Project GRAD works in the lowest performing schools in low-income neighborhoods. It helps to stabilize the community in which Project GRAD schools are located through partnerships with parents, colleges and universities, corporations, and faith-based organizations. Project GRAD brings to its high schools a series of activities and services that focus on preparing students for high school graduation and success in college.Key Contributions:• Assisted in publicizing, implementing, and educating students on programs at the South Atlanta High School Project Grad location.• Created spreadsheets and charts to help track the progress of the students in the program. Organized and monitored the success of executed programs /sessions at South Atlanta High.
