Joined N-Able Now as a Director of Engineering and Technology Services, focusing on US west coast markets. Provided permanent direct-hire, contract-to-hire and contracting (staff augmentation) services to semiconductor, manufacturing, DoD/aerospace, communications, clean tech, bioscience and software products/services companies, as well as to commercial IT organizations.

Served as a co-founding principal (one of seven) for this multi-disciplined specialty staffing firm. Personal focus was business development for clients requiring software engineering, hardware engineering, manufacturing and information technology professionals on a direct-hire or contract basis.

As a licensed real estate professional and general contractor, provided residential and commercial real estate reahab, financing, sales, development and investment services. Projects included:• Acquired, developed and sold 350+ converted condominium units (from standalone multi-family apartment buildings) in multiple separate projects. Presented to City of San Diego Planning Commission and City Council on numerous occasions;• Successfully acquired, rehabbed and sold 25 detached homes in a three year period managing 2 separate remodel crews;• Closed numerous transactions as both loan officer and real estate sales professional in residential, multifamily, construction and commercial arenas.

Co-founded company and served as one of three principals (owners) for this software and hardware engineering staffing firm, with offices in San Diego, Dallas and Kansas City. Revenues in 2001 were 5+ million. Sold interest in company to pursue real estate development.

• Promoted and moved to San Diego as Managing Director over 5 service offerings for this 60 office - $700 million staffing concern. Grew the San Diego market 325% in a twelve month period, moving from last in the region (of 15 markets) to 6th in the region. Grew FTEs from eight to thirty five in a one year period.• While working in the Dallas branch, finished in the top three of 1,500+ recruiters nationwide in permanent placement staffing revenue 7 out of 7 years. At the time, held record for most permanent placement billings (personal share) in a year ($980,000) and over a six-year period ($4.5 mil).

Managed and provided business strategy and business process reengineering (BPR) services, utilizing Michael Hammer’s BPR methodology, as well as provided IT strategy services. Clients spanned multiple industries.
