I ran my own Real Estate business within the Crye -Leike company. I ran all marketing, public relations and clerical aspects of my business. My duties included: Completed daily outbound calls, up to 3hours per day; Negotiating prices, terms of sales agreements; Contacting new and existing customers to discuss how their needs could be met through my services, Collaborating with colleagues to exchange selling strategies and marketing information and Identifying prospective customers by using business directories and following leads from existing clients.I handled both the buying and selling side of Real Estate. I was solely responsible for executing the process from beginning to close. I served as my own administrative assistant, therefore becoming highly proficient in that area. I enjoy working with people, and am a real go getter.
