Brought on board to leverage broad competencies as an industrial technician, responsible for the quality control of rotating equipment installations, troubleshooting as well as commissioning of rotating equipment. Collaborate with Operations, Technical Services, Zone Maintenance and Reliability Department, monitor rotating equipment, interact closely with mechanical shops to ensure quality control and monitor repairs to ensure compliance with standards.Effectively partner with Operations, Maintenance and Engineering to determine root cause failure mechanisms and make recommendations, including troubleshooting, reviewing vibration data and fugitive emission information.Appointed technical adviser to Operations and Zone Maintenance to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.Serve as a member of equipment Bad Actor and Root Cause Failure Analysis teams. Assist in writing procedures for inspecting, installing, maintaining rotating equipment and MOC's if needed.

Responsible for the repair of pumps and gearboxes, pump brands include Plenty and Braun & Lubbe, gearboxes include Lightnin, Marley Gear boxes and cooling fans, Philadelphia Gear, Faulk and Plenty.

Repair of pumps and other industrial process equipment. Pump brands include; Union

Provide plant maintenance support, troubleshoot and repair pumps and turbines. Pump types include: Union, Sundyne, Goulds, Johnston, Lawrance and Ingersol-Rand. Turbines include: Elliot and Coopus, to 300 H.P.

Accountable for total maintenance support for plastics recycling and extrusion plant. Troubleshoot and repair pumps, driers, blenders and HVAC. Maintain AC and DC drive system and the plant power distribution system.
