As a lead developer I manage a team of for programmers in developing in house applications for IPRS Health.I work closely with the operations department to build software that meet the needs of a variety of users from in-house call handlers to clinicians within our Network Practices. I will also collaborate with external clients/service providers in combining our systems to enrich our services.My most reason projects involve porting our systems into .NET 8 and using Azure for continuous delivery.

One of our strengths as a company is our ability to quickly and efficiently meet these needs, a task my team and I are often involved in.My biggest ongoing project within the company is to replace outdated legacy systems with a modern system using the latest technologies. This project has involved a lot of research and prototyping but I firmly believe I have created something that will bring a great deal of value to the company and strengthen its position going forward.

During my time at Climax I was a game-play programmer on Smart As for the PlayStation Vita. I developed the code for several of the mini games using a combination of C++ and UnrealScript. I was also involved in localising the final game for foreign markets by developing the tools used to generate localised game components.

I was hired as a software developer to help develop a new CMS system in ASP.NET.

I develop in house .NET applications, build the companies websites and maintain a number of SQL Server databases.
