Financial responsibilities included handling an extensive budget and overseeing the allocation and reconciliation of just under 70 separate budgets, working with University Accounts Payable to implement proper policy and uphold University regulation, devising a fair and equal allocation system, keeping accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions, processing payments with outside vendors, and utilizing the University Banner system to process financial transactions. Administrative responsibilities included processing/booking club and organization events through the University EMS system, maintaining physical records of all activities, and developing and maintaining the University OrgSync system, which included such responsibilities as creating new club portals and maintaining accurate outward-facing financial information.
