Responsibilities include the management of multiple fundraising teams, including those participating in marathons, IRONMAN races, and the MMRF's groundbreaking proprietary programs, Moving Mountains for Multiple Myeloma and Road to Victories. Responsibilities also include communicating with team members, assisting team members in fundraising efforts, managing relationships key partners and sponsors, coordinating on-site logistics, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all activities, processing and keeping record of donations, and running on-site programs for the teams. -

Financial responsibilities included handling an extensive budget and overseeing the allocation and reconciliation of just under 70 separate budgets, working with University Accounts Payable to implement proper policy and uphold University regulation, devising a fair and equal allocation system, keeping accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions, processing payments with outside vendors, and utilizing the University Banner system to process financial transactions. Administrative responsibilities included processing/booking club and organization events through the University EMS system, maintaining physical records of all activities, and developing and maintaining the University OrgSync system, which included such responsibilities as creating new club portals and maintaining accurate outward-facing financial information. -

Responsibilities also included developing individual profiles for a majority of athletes, processing and keeping records of donations received, editing and producing a short video to be shown at the team reception, coordinating the attendance for the team reception, and assisting in all on-site activities throughout the week-long event that cumulates with a day-long IRONMAN race in Lake Placid. -
