Led a global 65 person software engineering team developing infrastructure and security automation products for partner ecosystem, including orchestration tools, declarative APIs, Public Cloud Images (AWS, Azure, GCP), Ansible, and Terraform artifacts, and Ingress Controller for container orchestration environments. Encouraged the adoption of agile development practices, CI/CD, and modern programming tools, reducing idea-to-ship cycles from months to weeks while improving quality and reliability. Focused on cooperating with business, technical support, and product engineering teams to prioritize product roadmap, improve customer experience, and scale efforts around winning solutions.

Directed 8 Solutions Engineers and spearheaded F5’s enterprise application research arm. Oversaw development of solutions to integrate 3rd party apps (e.g., Microsoft Exchange, Oracle products, VMWare, etc.) with F5 products. Implemented Data-driven decision making based on customer and industry trends along with user experience research; Influenced design of product features capable of enhancing usability and increasing customer adoption.
