A hybrid consultant-analyst role with data science, data analysis, data visualization and communication elements. Personally responsible for the design, delivery, data analysis and reporting of all quantitative research projects, to meet the needs of a variety of clients. Contributions include:• Developing an ‘advanced analytics’ offering, incorporating customer segmentation (using clustering techniques) and key driver analysis (using predictive modelling), which enabled the Company to compete for a wider range of projects. Secured over £150k in the first year.• Implementing data quality controls across all elements of the research pipeline to increase confidence in data-based findings and deliver a better service to clients. This involved auditing / stipulating QC standards of suppliers, applying best practice in questionnaire design, and developing protocols to check and clean survey data.Head Research is a mid-sized market research agency serving North America.

Directed over $1mln of ad hoc market research in both 2011 and 2012.Responsible for designing and managing research projects to maximize insight.
