Provide Department Heads with guidance and direction on both a daily and strategic level, including providing regular performance reviews and feedback, with a view to benefit the resort, local community and broader reputation of Delaware North Australia Parks & Resorts. Managing project development facilities and upgrades by processing the activity of planning, organising, motivating, and controlling resources to achieve specific goals while honouring the constraints of time, quality and budget. Liaise with relevant authorities including National Parks & Wildlife Service, Community Bodies, and other government bodies. Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, including employment, OHS and Risk Management requirements with monthly and yearly assessments and regular contact with environmental health and work safe.
