I increased the profitability and timely delivery of the PEI Journal by moving international print subscriptions to digital and increasing the advertising ratio from 40-60 to 50-50. My decision saved 14% on production expenses and 65% on postage. This move allowed the association to access digital analytics on international subscriber deliveries and open.
