• Drive key results in the following areas: revenue retention and growth, EBITDA target, customer satisfaction/loyalty/market share attainment; with an annual Total Contract Growth goal of $2.68M and an Annual Billed Revenue target of $4.94M• Manage and develop a dedicated territory of accounts with the intention to grow/maintain revenue and growth opportunities in existing and net new corporate clients• Establish trusted relationships with key decision makers and business leaders within assigned accounts• Engage key customer stakeholders and extended TELUS team to develop and update account plans and actions• Prepare professional proposals targeted to the key decision makers (typically the C-Suite) that clearly communicate the TELUS solution and value• Propose to the clients’ business challenges, negotiate contracts, initiate orders, and pursue everything with energy, drive and a need to see through to completion• Assist in the development of 'go to market' strategies for innovative and complex new solutions that involve partnerships and multiple products
