Extensive management experience in both profit and non profit industries has afforded me many opportunities to serve in leadership roles. My success in sales and retail management included both the creative and operations side of businesses and exposed me to a variety of people and positions. As an accomplished motivator and relationship manager, I have been able to analyze situations and behaviors focusing on the end goal. I thrive on being a pragmatic thinker and natural mentor with a passion for verbal presentations. As an administrator, I possess in depth experience in project management including organization of events, business development programs and all aspects of operations in an office environment. Regardless of the company and position, I thrive on multitasking day to day issues and projects while engaging with a wide variety of clients and customers.As a career coach, I have experienced many rewards in collaborating with a wide variety of clients involved in their job search while providing a proactive approach to help them to discover their own goals and passions. My favorite part of coaching people in career transition is helping them to shift their thinking to other possibilities and using their strengths to create a new or continued career. Throughout my career I have gained satisfaction from guiding and mentoring people in varying aspects of their lives.
