Responsible for Electro-Optic, Infrared and Laser technology development supporting all product areas across Raytheon, including planning for and executing all related investment projects. Product areas supported include seekers and target detection devices for weapon systems; terrestrial and space reconnaissance, surveillance and target acquisition systems, and high energy laser weapon systems (HELWS). Responsible for business capture activities for LMCT's Advanced Programs division including leading strategy development, marketing and analysis activities, capture management, and proposal management. Business development lead for the classified program area. TS/SCI.

Established a new regional technical office, captured and lead multiple programs, report to Division VP for management of all activities including business development, program execution and personnel management. PM and Senior Engineer on a number of programs. Technical leadership in EO/IR/Laser sensor and ground station system development, as well as modeling and signature phenomenology studies. Developed a new and growing business unit in Countermine Information Systems. Responsible for leading all aspects of IR&D, B&P, marketing and business development activities for the unit. Led a variety of sensor R&D and system development programs in radar, EO/IR and sonar applications.
