Process Associate
CurrentProcess Associate Roles:• Performing AR Denials Management for Infusion Therapy and DMEs for providers and suppliers on 60-day aging reports.• Providing on-job training to 10+ new employees on AR Denials to support high-quality production.• Issue sales invoices/credit notes patient data and invoice data in various software like Brightree, Fastrack, Athena Healthnet, and clearinghouse like WayStar, Noridian, Navinet, Availity etc.• Assisting operations team lead and manager in various aspects of the process by taking part in knowledge transfer.• Performing various projects like inventory, Document Management, Patient intake, Add Insurance, customer support, AR Follow up, order confirmation, Check Eligibility and Authorization etc.• Providing team support and leadership for urgent projects from the provider's office to improve operations.
