Terri dealt with steroids for only weeks before saying "No more!"​ That's when she took a more holistic approach and worked on her healing.Terri began writing newsletters about health issues. Healing came, yet still, over the next 12 years, periodic set-backs from this chronic disorder occurred. She never considered the science behind EATING TO HEAL--until one day...With new knowledge about it, she drew a line in the sand and went “cold turkey” from the Standard American Diet (SAD) to Raw. In one day, she went from eating pizza, junk food, pasta and such to consuming only whole plant-based foods. Within 7 days of eating this way, the disease was gone 100% never to return! Terri could NOT always refer to herself as healthy...she suffered a heart attack at age 40, which then led to the diagnosis of a serious debilitating illness.
