-Develop curriculum & syllabi for WVU IEP program -Coordinate all WVU IEP instructors-Teach IEP courses-Oversee and support IEP student projects

-Individuate pronunciation curriculum for eight students of various backgrounds-Coach students individually and as a group to produce widely intelligible speech-Coordinate with other teachers to provide a coherent educational experience for a cohort of students

-Rated 10-15 spoken and/or written tests a week-Created scripts, dialogues, graph exercises, and various other materials for the oral EPT-Transcribed oral EPT data for corpus use

-Planned and implemented 3 lessons a week for Academic Writing II (ESL 112)-Created and edited curriculum for other teaching assistants-Met with students for individual conferences, providing individual feedback-Graded three drafts of three major assignments a term

-Implemented 20 lessons a week -Created 5 different lessons plans for different English levels-Engaged students with English outside of the classroom-Lead the English club-Participated in extracurricular English activities, such as speech contests

-Managed over 40 residents-Created at least three events a term-Founded Bean Movie Night and secured funding from the Residence Hall Association-Conducted weekly rounds to prevent antisocial behavior int he residence halls-Tutored residents on academic issues-Conducted hall meetings once every month-Discussed personal issues with all residents in "one on ones" three times a term.
