I am CompTIA A+ and Network+ certified, and also obtained my CCNA in September 2021. I decided to pursue these certifications to validate and improve my skills, and open doors within the industry. I have been working in the sales/helpdesk/support sector of IT for over 20 years, having previously been in full time employment with a computer shop local to where I grew up. I started my own business in 2014 to provide bespoke computer sales and support services to both residential and business clients. This has now become something I do in my spare time having taken a full-time role with an MSP (Wessex IT) in June 2022.
