In een multidisciplinair team was ik verantwoordelijk voor het domein primaire klantprocessen. Dit loopt van kanalen (web, app, telefoon, post) tot backoffice (polis, declaratie, CRM) en alles daartussen.Enkele taken en verantwoordelijkheden:* Opstellen en uitdragen van doelarchitecturen.* Toezien op correcte implementatie volgens architectuur.* Opstellen en onderhouden van kaders en richtlijnen.* Meedoen in inkooptrajecten (RFI/RFP).* Bijdragen aan de continue verbetering van architectuur.* Verbinden met de architectuurrol in teams (zelforganisatie).* Bijdragen aan diverse externe (architectuur) werkgroepen.

DX Solutions is one of the fastest growing IT consultancy firms in Sydney, with some of Australia's largest listed companies as clients. I worked on different projects for one of these clients, FlexiGroup. FlexiGroup is the largest non-bank money lender in Australia and New Zealand. The main project entailed the first implementation of Oracle ERP Financials Cloud in Australia.Some of my duties and responsibilities:- Shaping and implementing integration points between legacy systems and Oracle ERP.- Executing security audits and effectuating improvements as a result of these.- Architecturally reshaping a SOA platform.- Implementing a new Account Receivables solution in order to improve the underlying business processes.- Migrating a legacy build system to Visual Studio Team Services. This consolidation of systems resulted in reduced licensing costs and standardisation of the software development processes.

I worked on various projects for clients in the healthcare and insurance industries, including VvAA, Client360, ZorgInfo and Univé. These were both tailor made solutions and COTS software implementations, but also includes integration work, consolidations and decommissioning projects.Some of my duties and responsibilities:- Creating project architectures.- Creating a reference architecture for integration.- Defining road maps for elaborate programs of work.- Founding and coaching of teams.- Selecting COTS solutions, implementation partners and hosting companies.- Estimating costs for quotes.Within the company itself I have been involved in supervising graduates, knowledge sharing and increasing Info Support's exposure by (co)authoring articles.
