-Mentoring of social projects of the high school students-Support of the youths with personal knowledge and experience about project management-Motivating, engaging to achieve defined goals-Providing high-quality guidelines on project management, leadership and teamwork-Evaluating the performance of teams -Representation of organizer of the "Exempt from theory" ("Zwolnieni z teorii") competition.-2 mentored projects with award "Golden Wolves"
