As Technical Partner Support I was responsible for introducing the Home Connect solution to the developers around the globe in a following fields:* Technical support for integration of Home Connect API in end consumer products like mobile or web applications.* First contact for new clients looking for business opportunities, able to explain in non-technical way possibilities and benefits.* Assistance for business colleagues in technical calls, evaluating possibility of integration, proposing solutions.* Testing clients solutions – mobile and web, reporting issues, providing certification test before launching product to the market.

* Managing support team in case of project management, assigned tasks, and part members. * Providing assistance for marketing members around the globe in case of urgent marketing problems or issues connected with certification process. * Assistance in development, certification and marketing issues for external clients from EU and CIS regions.* Assuring contact with test team, and reviewing of defects reported by them in case of evaluation of the usefulness for the clients.* Technical support for Smart TV applications (web apps based on HTML, CSS and JavaScript, often with various streaming solutions and DRM) reported by external clients or testers.
