Designed, built, and installed equipment for polymer ECP capacity beginning with pilot line and expanding to 24 million shipments per month.Transferred that line to China and expanded the capacity to 100 Million shipments per month.• Managed team that facilitated the start-up of Victoria, Mexico facility. Worked with the Victoria team to develop plant requirements and built the MnO2 ECP capacity from pilot line to 300 Million shipments per month.
