Led the effort of expanding the NetForum Enterprise product into the nonprofit market. Represented the company onsite with major clients to document and clearly define complex use cases. Managed end to end process from discovery through release for Avectra's nonprofit tools.

Managed the hc1.com product line from strategic planning to tactical analysis including: leading product development planning activities across the cross-functional teams of engineering, marketing, and sales; facilitating company-wide communications of product roadmap and release schedules; working in a customer-facing role alongside senior executives to collaborate in development of product requirements and enhancements. Worked on sophisticated requirements for product platform and lead discussions with strategic business partners. Started with an initial proof-of-concept and, in one year, have grown the feature set to attract hundreds of users to the product.

Oversaw all development projects from inception as customer suggestions or internal enhancement requests to product release. Helped determine project roadmap for the eTapestry product while managing and scheduling development resources. As project manager, defined scope, organized, ran and contributed to design meetings, ensured fulfillment of established business requirements, and archived decisions in requirement documentation. Oversaw Q.A. for projects by evaluating and editing testing plans and running internal group testing. Wrote and maintained written help documentation and internal ticketing system. Acted as face of development to Sales, Support, and Consulting by assisting on advanced technical questions and providing updates based on each new release. Worked with our International Business Unit and external technology partners on new projects to expand functionality to new markets.

Acted as main point of contact for existing customers while analyzing and recommending solutions to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty. Leader in department with detailed eTapestry product knowledge as well as knowledge of all internal systems. As account executive to some of our largest customers, frequently uncovering and documenting customer needs and working out options with development, conversions, and the consulting group. Coordinated on interdepartmental projects to streamline company policy and processes, integration between company databases, and initiation of partnerships with other vendors.
