Will was instrumental in planning and completing many large scale demolition, abatement, and restoration projects that rebuilt large portions of the Connecticut Shoreline, he has worked alongside of some of the largest international design and construction firms in the business.Mr. Poole graduated at the top of his class acquiring NOCTI certification in computer aided drafting and design along with, certification as a Construction Manager, and OSHA certified Component as a Representative for job site and safety planning. Mr. Poole has experience with multiple sectors including government, institutional, commercial, hospital, industrial, self-storage, office, warehouse, and retail projects. Will recently relocated to Florida with not only a vast range of construction knowledge and design capabilities, he is also responsible for implementing the company’s new software platforms and operation management systems. As our lead Project Manager, Will manages all permitting, scheduling, and final buyout of the projects. Mr. Poole works hand in hand with the Company’s senior management, administrative, accounting, material suppliers, governmental agencies, and subcontractors to maintain and expedite the design-permitting-construction process. In addition, Will works with the sales and estimating departments in coordinating and completing proposals to clients.
