Engineering Support, Designing, Building, Troubleshooting and Repair of Test Fixtures and the Control Board set for a RF High-Power Inverter (48KW) in a R&D environment.

Primary duty was to provide support to an 8 man Engineering Team in an R&D Environment. Responsibilities included soldering surface mount components as well as extensive rework of prototypes at the surface mount level, component level debug using digital test equipment. Maintenance and repair of R&D Lab computer systems as well as parts and tool procurement and lab inventory control.

Failure Analysis Technician II, Duties Included: Engineering Support, Service Support, assembly, testing and troubleshooting to the component level using analog and digital test equipment as well as automated test equipment. Tape deck repair, data entry and final inspection of 10 different 8mm Cartridge handling systems and subsystems in a ISO 9002 certified environment

As Sr. Manufacturing Technician and a member of a small team of Engineers, my responsibilities in this R & D Environment consisted of: Engineering Support, assembly and repair from component level to finished product, as well as being responsible for the assembly manual to be written to FDA Standards in relation to a 16 Channel Mass Spectrometer.

As a member of the Computer Maintenance Division my duties as an Electronic Technician included: Field Service Support, Diagnostic Testing, Board Level Troubleshooting and In-House Installations of Apple/Macintosh and IBM Computer Systems. Position also entailed warehousing duties consisting of but not limited to Shipping & Receiving and Inventory Control.
