* Trained and endorsed to teach Basic Rider Skills (BRS) Course and Returning Riders Course through Motorcycle Ohio. * Deliver seated class curriculum to adult students in how to safely operate a motorcycle on Ohio roads. * Practice the theory and process behind Knowle's theory of andragogy by facilitating the course and engaging the adults in the learning process. * Provide practical coaching on a range to students who have never been on a motorcycle as well as to those who have been riding for decades. * Determine, based on preset rubric, who passes the course and who must retest or retake the course.

 Directly facilitated revenue growth and customer retention, while proactively informing the company culture of serviceand loyalty. Review customer issues and respond in a timely manner. Maintain knowledge of company products and inventory; identify and troubleshoot issues or concerns. Assist with large project quoting and sales for customers.

-Provides Inside Sales support to the assigned business unit or customer.-Ensures customer satisfaction by completing customer quotes, reviewing business opportunities, and answering technical questions.-Manages programs to ensure projects are on time, and financial goals are met.-Works directly with the Account Executives to prepare strategic plans, identify new sales opportunities, and profitably grow the business.-Keeps informed of customer preferences and trends, and actions of competitors as a basis for making and/or recommending changes in strategies.

• Sustain open line of oral and written communication with General Office with any issues or concerns• Train and coach new team members in: accomplishing the daily tasks, maintaining superior customer relations and training them to be able to answer various common questions• Supervise electrical team members (create daily tasks, weekly schedule, and communication)• Mentor team members who express interest in store management• Track special orders and input orders for merchandise; maintain relationship with external vendors• Guest/customer Service: answer questions and/or provide information • Produce budget and sales goals for the Electrical Department team above and beyond those of the store• Prioritize schedule to build planograms and organize department according to General Office timeline
