I’ve worked in numerous sides of the mortgage industry; Wholesale, Operations, Retail, and Management. I understand the industry from a big picture perspective as well as from a practical “get it done” hands on perspective. Growing up as a professional skier taught me how to push past limitations to succeed. I am always committed to giving my personal best to all my staff and clients.I’ve heard it said, “it’s not personal it’s just business.” To me business is personal and when I look at my company or loan files I see people, not just situations or loans and that’s the main reason I love what I do!Keeping business personal requires giving your personal best. It takes more effort, but at the end of the day it’s what makes work meaningful.While not at work, I enjoy being active in the Kirkland Community. A passion of mine is coaching youth lacrosse. I work with the Juanita Rebels Lacrosse team and am an active board member of Juanita Lacrosse. As a previous World Cup alpine skier, I learned the thrill of competition and have loved teaching youth those skills to reach one’s personal best, to push past self-imposed limitations, and to succeed.I also enjoy skiing the slopes of the Pacific Northwest as well as traveling to ski resorts with my wife and kids. If it’s a summer, you’ll find me crabbing or boating in the San Juan Islands.
