I provided program updates to C-level management in addition to managing sub-contractor relationship, resources and schedule for multiple hospital implementation projects across 3 states. I mentored PgMs and PMs on scope clarification for billing. I was also called on to lead other projects including ISE Implementation, Prime Infrastructure upgrades, WAAS, WAN Modernization, WLAN Remediation for Public Sector, Healthcare, Transportation and Financial customers.
