Program Manager Consultant For Cisco SystemsThe Select Group Mar 2017 - Feb 2019Raleigh, North Carolina, UsAs the Lead Technical PM for Cisco Systems, Inc. on a $150 million telecom replacement program for the 5th largest health system in the U.S., I established processes for reporting, project management and scheduling to successfully replace the aging PBX systems with a new Cisco UC and UCCE infrastructure. I was relied upon to provide program updates to C-level management. During this project I also managed relationships with our sub-contractor and mentored PgMs and PMs on scope clarification for billing. This project consisted of 11 UCM clusters, 80,000 phones and 1200 agents distributed across 298 Hospital/Clinic/Administrative locations in 3 states.
