In my position as Director of Video I setup MAAVS events for success. I do so through proper planning and execution of the video elements of events, through proper care and maintenance of our equipment, as well as through the continuing education of our team with respect to the ever-changing event video world. I'm sure this description will change over time but for now... from my limited perspective my addition to the team highlights MAAVS's continued efforts to deliver seamless events with a focus on the client's needs and the quality of the final product.

Here at Wizard we are a full-service A/V and Creative Services Production company. In my position as a Project Manager, I manage customers, vendors, co-workers and freelancers; I help to establish and maintain relationships with clients, venues, event planners, and other production companies. I write quotes, contracts, produce floor plans & purchase orders; I build crew calls, create pull lists, and P&L's for each project I work on. I am also on-site and hands-on at each project that I'm at the helm of. In my time at Wizard Studios I've worked on and/or project managed jobs with The Department of the Treasury, Tavern on the Green, The Summit at 1 Vanderbilt, Ink48, The Tunnel, The Museum of Jewish Heritage, and others.

I work to facilitate the relationships between The Mayhew Foundation and corporate donors as well as some smaller companies. My role is primarily interacting with and maintaining partnerships to help raise capital and bring awareness to the Foundation's continuing programs and campaigns. We have partnered with Microsoft, Disney Studios, LucasFilm, Holocron Toys, Build-A-Bear, Omaze, ReedPOP, Informa, as well as others. The Foundation is a 501c3 non-profit, a registered Benevity Charity, and part of the Paypal Giving Fund. We also partnered with other NPO's to help support the efforts of groups like Make-A-Wish, The Magic Wheelchair, and The Warrior Support Foundation.

My current position with Sharpshooter is Venue Manager at the American Museum of Natural History. We opened the first ever souvenir photography location at the American Museum of Natural History in February 2010. I currently manage two locations within the Museum with a solid team of photographers and editors reporting to me. We have green screens set up at each location. The photos are shot, editted, and sold on location and are also made available online.My duties include: Daily, weekly, & monthly reports to both the client and SharpShooter's corporate offices, scheduling, recruiting; hiring; & training photography staff. Monitoring daily sales on location and online, coordinating with event planners, building rapport with museum members and employees at the museum, standard administrative responsibilities, etc.
