- Improve road safety and driver comfort by designing, developing, and validating first-in-class lane keeping assistance system for commercial vehicles with customers in North America and China.- Develop lateral control ADAS functions such as lane keeping, lane centering, and lane change assist from proof of concept and rapid prototype to production ready products.- Determine system and functional requirements for ADAS functions and components such as cameras, radars and steering actuators.- Ensure system performance by planning, implementing, and executing simulations, bench tests, and vehicle tests for software verification and validation.- Achieve project development milestones by coordinating activities across multicultural teams in USA, Germany, China, and India.- Foster achievement of team objectives by leading and mentoring junior team members through close communication, peer review, and feedback loops.- Support business development by creating and managing project timelines, milestones, and cost estimations for multiple customers around the globe.- Strengthen customer technical relationships through demonstrations and workshops of ADAS products.
