My passion for building started out and primarily has remained within residential construction; first starting out as a home remodeling contractor, then into upper scale Residential Real Estate development.Since the very beginning of my career, I have committed myself to my greatest passion of creating and building great projects or homes but always leaning towards luxury homes. Throughout my career I have spearheaded and consulted on many unique high end projects which helped me to quickly become a three time award-winning New Hampshire Custom Home Builder.My long time business philosophy of providing top quality service, earn the customers trust everyday and always maintain your integrity has guided me into a rewarding and successful career.Below was my latest project just completed in June. The build out for this project was approximately a year and a half. I consulted on it during the beginning stages then switched into the position of construction build out manager / supervisor. The uniquely designed mansion was inspired by the historic Newport Mansions, with 17,000+/- sq. ft.of indoor living space and 3,200+/- sq. ft. of covered outdoor living and veranda areas.
